The Emerald Plan is meant to augment Infor Campus with a discounted hourly rate that matches your implementation services rate. Each support request under this plan is billed as T&M. This plan is suited well for Infor Distribution ERP customers that require minimal help desk support, business consulting or tech services assistance.
