The Emerald Plan is meant to augment Infor Campus. Each support request under this plan is billed as T&M. Unlimited tickets for Level 1 Support are included in your agreement at no charge. This plan is suited well for Infor Distribution ERP customers that require minimal help desk support, business consulting or tech services assistance.
